GuardScheduler Payslips

PDF Renamer is separate from the application's scheduling tools. It changes file names, not the contents of the PDFs.
Import a ZIP
Choose your payslip ZIP on your own PC. The renamer reads the document IDs from the file names and matches them to your saved name mappings.
Review the names
Check recognized and unrecognized files in the preview. Recipient email addresses and selection preferences can be saved locally in preparation for a future sending feature.
Export a separate ZIP
Choose a pay-period label for the ZIP and export the renamed PDFs. Unmatched PDFs retain their original names. Export does not send email.

Optional Gmail sending.
This website is an information site, not a payroll portal or an email-sending service.
Not available in the current release. The current PDF Renamer has no Gmail connection and its Send button is disabled. The following describes the intended integration, which must be implemented and verified before use.
- The operator will connect an authorized Gmail account through Google's sign-in page in the system browser, separately on each PC.
- Basic account identity and email address will identify the connected sender. The Gmail permission will be limited to sending email; inbox reading, message deletion and Google Drive access are not part of this feature.
- After reviewing the selected recipients and their ID-matched PDFs, the operator will explicitly start a batch. Each selected recipient will receive a separate message with their own matched PDF.
- ZIP Export will remain separate from Send. Creating an export will not authorize or start email sending.
Google sign-in, delivery limits and any required app verification remain subject to Google's policies. This website does not claim Google verification, endorsement or guaranteed email delivery.
