Responsible use
Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These terms describe the permitted use of GuardScheduler's desktop tools and this information website. Questions can be sent to LGFPaySlips@gmail.com. The website does not sell licenses, process payroll, or provide access to an organization's records.
Gmail sending is not yet released. Descriptions of that feature are plans, not a statement that the current application can connect to Gmail or send payslips.
1. Authorized users and data
Use GuardScheduler only with authorization to access the application, schedules, payslips and other data involved. You must also have authority to use any sending account and to disclose a document to its intended recipient. A domain purchase or access to this website does not grant permission to use someone else's software, account or payroll records.
2. Review documents and recipients
The operator is responsible for checking imported files, ID-to-name mappings, recipient addresses and export results. Keep original documents and appropriate backups. A name match does not independently establish the identity of an email recipient.
When Gmail sending becomes available, review the sender, selected recipients and individual attachments before starting a batch. Do not use the feature for unsolicited bulk mail, impersonation, harassment or unauthorized distribution of personal information.
3. Independent scheduling and export tools
PDF Renamer is a document-preparation tool, separate from scheduling. ZIP Export does not send email. Renaming files does not validate payroll calculations or change the information inside a payslip. The operator must review scheduling and document outputs before operational use.
4. Google and other providers
Any future Gmail connection is optional and subject to Google's terms, permissions, account controls and sending limits. Google or a receiving provider may reject, delay, filter or restrict messages. A successful send request is not proof that a recipient received or read an email.
GuardScheduler is not presented as a Google product or as verified or endorsed by Google. Operating this website or publishing an OAuth configuration does not itself establish Google verification. The application owner and operators must comply with applicable provider policies.
5. Confidentiality and privacy
Protect devices, backups, transfer files and exported payslips. Do not upload operational files or connection credentials to this public information website. Review the Privacy Policy for current local processing and intended Google data practices.
6. Availability and changes
Features and third-party requirements may change. No uninterrupted operation, error-free output, email deliverability or approval by a third party is promised. These statements do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Published data-handling information must be reviewed before a changed integration is released.
7. Support
For assistance, contact LGFPaySlips@gmail.com. Send a description of the issue first, without passwords, tokens, configuration secrets or full payslips.
